
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is
effective, quick and long-lasting. It often works when nothing else
will. It involves gentle tapping on specific acupuncture points (no
needles!) to rebalance the body‘s energy flows, which can rapidly
reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger
emotional distress.
It has successfully helped with fears, phobias, anxiety, addictive
cravings, anger, depression and many other issues, including
physical symptoms, which often have underlying emotional causes. EFT is a pain-free technique, which means that there is no need to
'confront' fears or to delve into your trauma to eliminate it.
