NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming: the ways we think, speak (to ourselves and others), and act add up to the results we get in our life. NLP enables us to understand ourselves and others better and gives us tools to help us make more positive choices in our lives.
It can address many issues, including:
- health
- communication and relationships
- confidence / self-esteem
- life direction / goals
- fears and phobias
- limiting beliefs
- stress and anxiety
- improving performance
As your coach, I will use my skills and experience to support you in your journey, to help you identify and let go of old patterns that no longer serve you and help you find clarity, inspiration and positive steps forward. You will soon begin to find you have a new perspective on things, and feel more empowered to choose the life you really want for yourself.

Sessions are available on Zoom, or in person in Wimborne, Dorset.
NLP Study Groups
These groups, on Zoom, are for anyone who has some knowledge of NLP – it's fine if it's rusty, as the point of the Study Groups is to refresh and build on knowledge and people will be at all different levels.
Each month we take a look at a different aspect of NLP and there is plenty of opportunity to work with each other in small groups and to ask any questions. Session topics are tailored to the group.
